Jane has been in the catering business since 1991 and attained a catering management qualification in 1993. She has worked in a senior catering role for over 20 years so she understands how important good quality service is and as a mum of 4 knows the need of good value!

Sheldon, having also catering experience concentrates on the overall quality experience and bakes most of the homemade produce in the deli.
